Create forms and collect customer information

In Marketing & Automations

Use a form when you need structured customer information before a service, booking, or follow-up.

  1. Start from a suitable template or a blank form.
  2. Add only the fields needed for the stated purpose.
  3. Mark truly essential answers as required and explain how the information will be used.
  4. Add consent language for any marketing opt-in; do not combine it with required operational consent.
  5. Configure the completion action and any internal or customer notification.
  6. Preview the form on mobile and desktop, submit a test, then share or embed it.

Review submissions from the form record and follow up from the associated customer profile when available. If a form receives suspicious automated submissions, use the available bot-protection option and avoid publishing sensitive internal fields.
