Where do I find these settings?
Go to Settings → Counter and scroll down until you see Fulfillment Type and Order Status Flow Configuration. All options are located in this section.

What is the Fulfillment Type setting?
Fulfillment Type controls how orders at your location are handled. You can choose:
- Self Service – customers pick up their own orders.
- Table Service – your staff delivers orders to customers.
- Both – you support both pickup and table delivery.
Changing this setting updates all seating options to match your selected fulfillment method.
How does the Order Status Flow work?
The Order Status Flow shows each step an order goes through. Some statuses are required (like Paid and Completed), while others can be turned on or off depending on your workflow.
Disabled statuses are skipped automatically.
What statuses can I enable or disable?
Depending on your fulfillment type, you may see different options:
Common statuses include:
- Seen – staff has acknowledged the order
- In Progress – order is being prepared
Self Service only:
- Ready to pick up
Table Service only:
- Ready to serve
- Delivering
Why is “Delivering” disabled in Self Service?
Delivering does not apply to self pickup.
In Self Service mode, customers collect their orders themselves, so this status is automatically disabled.
Why is “Ready to pick up / Ready to serve” not available in certain modes?
These statuses appear only when they match the selected fulfillment type:
- “Ready to pick up” = Self Service
- “Ready to serve” = Table Service
When the mode doesn’t apply, the status isn’t shown or is disabled.
How do I update the order flow?
Go to Settings → Storefront and scroll to Fulfillment Type and Order Status Flow Configuration.
Enable or disable the statuses you want, then click Save Changes.
What happens after I save?
Your new fulfillment method and order flow apply instantly to all seating options and incoming orders.
